Before you mint

Art, not an investment

39093 is an art project on Robinhood Chain. A card is a collectible, not a financial product. It gives no right to income, profit or governance. There is no promise of value, price, roadmap or returns, and anything built later is at the team's discretion. Only spend what you are content to spend on art.

Minting and awakening

• Every mint is random, and so is the legend an awakening wakes. You cannot choose or know in advance who a card will hold.
• Prices are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or re-rolls.
• Waking a legend is irreversible. The forty cards laid to rest are gone for good and cannot be restored, and each person can never be minted again.

Risks

Public blockchains carry risks outside the team's control: smart-contract bugs, even in tested code; outages or changes to Robinhood Chain; changes to gas fees, USDG or ETH, including by their issuers; and failures of wallets or other services. Transactions are public and permanent once confirmed, and nobody can reverse them. Your wallet and its keys are your responsibility. The team will never ask for your recovery phrase. The site and contracts are provided as is, without warranty.

Historical figures

Everyone in the collection died in or before 1926. Only their names and public data from Wikidata are used, to identify them. The prints are synthetic art, not real fingerprints or likenesses. No person, estate, family, brand or organisation named in or connected with the collection is affiliated with 39093 or has endorsed it. A name that is also a trademark is used only as the name of the historical person.

39093 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Robinhood.

Licence

The artwork is released under CC0. CC0 gives no right to suggest that any historical person, estate, brand or organisation, or Robinhood, endorses anything. The contract code is MIT.

Takedown and contact

If something in the collection infringes your rights or is wrong, or you speak for an estate, write to contact@39093.xyz with the card and the reason. Content on this site can be corrected or removed; records already on chain cannot. See also Privacy.
