In short

  • No accounts, no sign-up, no email list.
  • No cookies and no advertising trackers. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
  • Your IP address and wallet address are processed only to run the site and keep the free claim fair.
  • Until the mint opens, the site connects no wallet and reads nothing from the blockchain.

Who is responsible

The 39093 team is responsible for the processing described here. Write to contact@39093.xyz.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, it records technical request data: IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults, and are kept for a short period set by Cloudflare.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool without cookies or cross-site tracking. It records page views and basic, aggregated details such as country and browser, and does not build a profile of you. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.

The free claim

When you claim a free card, the claim service, which runs on Cloudflare Workers, receives:

  • your wallet address, to check it has not claimed before and to sign the claim for it;
  • your IP address and the network it belongs to, to limit how often one connection can ask and, when needed, to refuse requests from data-centre networks;
  • a Cloudflare Turnstile token, which confirms the human check.

The service may also read your wallet's public balance and transaction count on chain. This data is used only to prevent abuse. Rate-limit counters expire within minutes, and the list of addresses served in a release window is cleared when the next window starts. Service logs record the wallet addresses that received a signature and are kept for up to 30 days.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The human check on the free claim is Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you open the free claim and uses short-lived signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes this data under its Turnstile privacy addendum and privacy policy.

Your browser and the blockchain

  • The site keeps two entries in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not cookies: 39093.wallet, which wallet you connected (cleared when you disconnect), and 39093.mintOrder, a paid order still in progress, so it can be resumed (cleared when you dismiss it, and ignored after seven days).
  • Once the mint opens, your browser reads chain data directly from Robinhood Chain's public RPC and block explorer and, if you choose it, WalletConnect, which keeps its own session in your browser. Those services see your IP address under their own policies.
  • Transactions you send, including your wallet address and the cards you hold or lay to rest, are public on the blockchain and permanent. Nobody can delete them.

Basis and sharing

This data is processed for a legitimate interest: running a secure site and a fair free claim, and preventing fraud. It is not sold, not used for marketing, and shared only with the providers named above, who process it for the site, or where the law requires. Some providers may process data in other countries under their standard safeguards.

Your rights

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Write to contact@39093.xyz. Records on the blockchain cannot be changed or deleted.
